berry brulee recipe


100g blueberries
100g raspberries/strawberries
1/3 cup sugar

heat gently until sugar melts

add 2 tablespoons cornflour mixed with a little water and stir through until thickened


250ml greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons icing sugar
1/2 cup castor sugar

mix ingredients

wait for berry mix to cool, layer yoghurt mix on top, sprinkle a bit of brown sugar on top and grill or caramelise with a torch. yum in the tum.
