how to make: yum veggie burgers


chop up butternut, beetroot, red peppers, cauliflower or whatever veggies you have and roast them until super soft

meantime...


fry up some aubergine slices


make or buy butterbean hummus or just normal hummus


when the veggies are roasted, chuck them in a blender, add an egg, some flour, fresh herbs and some lentils


shape and fry


layer, fry some chips and then open wiiiiide.
